CLP1s are lay leaders who are serving their churches by leading micro-expressions of a church & wish to have a deeper level of training in the ECO Core Leadership Competencies.
Leadership Training Series: Commissioned Lay Pastor Training 2 (CLP2)
CLP2s are lay leaders who are properly gifted & trained to serve as pastors of a local church without having gone the traditional route of obtaining a seminary degree or becoming ordained. This includes all of the components of CLP1 and additional classes.
Christ Centered Resolution (coming Fall of 2022)
ECO is committed to resolving conflict in a Christ centered and Biblical way. Learn more about how to resolve conflicts and work through disagreements that will lead congregations to flourish through the ministry of flourishing reconciliation.

Classes will be offered each semester (fall, spring, and summer) and will be taught by ECO pastors and leaders, Synod Executive Council members and other trained experts. Training future leaders of the church and preparing them for actual ministry is one of the singularly most important tasks we can do.
