Guided Process
CFC is designed to equip pastors and church leaders with the tools to guide their congregations into a season of growth and transformation. This course introduces ECO’s process for helping churches engage in a season of discovery, fostering collaboration among leadership, and discerning a collective vision. Training
We offer a coach training certification process to help you coach other leaders to flourish. Learn to cultivate new skills, lead staff, mentor young leaders, mobilize volunteers and teams, and improve as a counselor so you can help others do the same.
Compass
Guided Process
Compass is designed for pastors who have been in ministry for 5+ years and are seeking guidance for leading well in the seasons ahead. Participants will explore how to lead more effectively in their current ministry, discern the direction for their next season in ministry, and develop a personalized plan for spiritual and personal growth.
Lay Leader Training
Training
Level 1 of the Lay Leader Training is a 10-month process undertaken with a non-geographical cohort, a facilitator, homework assignments, and a mentor from your local church. Church-commissioned pastors are lay leaders who are serving their church by leading micro- expressions of church (small groups, youth groups, missional communities, etc.) and who wish to have a deeper level of training in the 10 Core Competencies.
Level 2 of the Lay Leader Training is designed for the lay leader who wants to serve in their presbytery as a solo pastor, pulpit supply, or church planter. This training requires the student to complete the Level 1 Cohort, take 12 seminary courses through the Flourish Institute of Theology, complete a psychological assessment, and complete an exegesis paper and Theological Integration Interview successfully.
Leadership Circle Profile

The LCP is an assessment that is designed to evaluate leadership effectiveness beyond traditional competency-based approaches. The assessment measures behaviors that are positively and negatively associated with leadership behavior and organizational performance. A certified coach will debrief your assessment to identify patterns and root causes in order to develop growth goals.
Peacemaking and Conflict Resolution
Training
This resource aims to train and equip the local church, regional governing bodies, and national governing and staff bodies to practice resolving conflict in a Christ-centered way providing life-changing help to individuals, couples, families, churches, organizations, and communities experiencing conflict.
